1st is definitely from Iran, radrick007 is right. Try and use the calendars in Numisdocs to get the date and go from there...however it might be a new year's medal.

I actually just came across the 2nd coin, its from the same country, it's 1 santeem, I just need to figure out the years on them now. Thank you.

okay, I finally got it straight.
the first coin is 5 santeem from 1944.
the second coin is 50 santeem from 2008.
