Hello everybody had some banknotes posted from France by registered post all the tracking services are say it's been delivered but I have not signed or received anything any ideas what to do

You'll have to contact the seller and more than likely file a undelivered case (if it's eBay) if you went through Paypal similar is true.

If I have to claim for compensation what do say was in the package because post office does not let you post money

Have you tried to contact him? Check with the moderator and ask him to contact this member about this. That worked for me in the past.

Hopefully it will not be someone who has set up a scam courier created out of thin air to give false results, then argue that you have received them, trying to make you out as the bad guy.

Send Bam77 a message and ask him to mediate.

Have you double-checked with the sender that they sent it to the correct address? Is it possible that someone else (neighbour) was delivered the letter because you weren't home?
