The МАКЕДОНИЈА looks like it might spell Macedonia, and
from that I then found this, dated 2008 ... https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces6534.html
So it shows the Archangel Gabriel and is a 50 Denari coin.
Made with PowerPoint; I'm sure users of PhotoShop would do better, but I think it's a clear case of die clash, and quite stunning at that. The first picture highlights the "rays". On the second picture, I have superposed the reverse over the obverse, and then rotated it to see where it would fit.
That's a great coin, an archangel with a die clash making it appear as if rays are coming out of his head. I can't find any other examples, and I don't know common Macedonian error coins are. Thus, if you wanted to sell it, I would suggest putting it on ebay in a Buy It Now or Best Offer auction, and make the Buy It Now price high.

Might even be worth consigning it to a proper high profile auction in Macedonia where it can get some exposure if it's not common. It's a cool coin.
Nobody can tell you value if it's unique/rare; it just depends on the bidders on the day.
1─ Notice how the clash happened when the dies were not oriented exactly on coin (↑↓) or medal (↑↑) axis. Is that the case with your coin? Are the obv./rev. oriented as they should be?
2─ My Macedonian is not up to Harvard standards (to put it mildly), but if anyone knew how to say "die clash" in Macedonian, that would be a way to find more, e.g. in Google images. Google translate, not surprisingly, takes these as two words with their individual common meaning, not the technical numismatic expression; "монета грешка" (= error coin) already leads you further... Even better: монета грешка 50 денари
Any Numista user out there who knows "die clash" in Macedonian?? It would be great if there was a Macedonian blog where you could post your coin.
obverse and reverse are oriented just like should be, with no rotation angle I tried to find some information in Macedonia, but I don't find anything
thank you for your time
