Here you can see that the 1992 is stainless steel (RVS)

Stainless steel is non-magnetic
So your coin is KM 9a
So you found another error in Krause (and in Numista)
corrections welcome
"Stainless steel is non-magnetic" - ?
But not all:
Ferritic and martensitic stainless steels are magnetic. Annealed austenitic stainless steels are non-magnetic. Work hardening can make austenitic stainless steels slightly magnetic. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stainless_steel#Electricity_and_magnetism
Well.
Left: Steel coin 25.02mm, 6.05 grams – ১৯৯২ (1992); KM# 9a - I have the same, the question is for this coin.
Right: Cu-Ni 25.98mm, 6.06 grams – ১৯৭৫ (1975); KM# 9.
What does this mean? That's KM# 9a - just "non-magnetic steel"?
