Numista catalogue of early Lithuanian coins in based on Polish catalogue of Marian Gumowski with the Polish names of rulers and Polish style coin nominals. Polish was not useful on legends of the Lithuanian coins– all the legends are in Latin from 1495, this is only the language of Polish numismatist. And there are few new catalogues of Lithuanian coins, where all of the names are translated to English, and Ivanauskas catalogues of Lithuanian coins are much deeper and wider than Polish Kopicki or Gumowski catalogues:
1. Česnulis E., Ivanauskas E. Lithuanian half-groats of Sigismund August 1545–1566.Kaunas-Zurich, 2014. — 158 p.
2. Ivanauskas E. Coins and bars of Lithuania 1236–2012, Dalis I, Kaunas, 2013. — 600 p.
3. Ivanauskas E. Coins and bars of Lithuania 1236–2012, Dalis II, Kaunas, 2013. — 444 p.
4. Гулецкий Д. Монеты Великого княжества Литовского (со второй половины XIV века до 1536 г.). Минск, 2014. — 260 с.
5. Ruzas V. Coins of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania at the Money Museum of the Bank of Lithuania. Vilnius, 2015.
I think, there's the time to translate all the material about the Grand Duchy Lithuanian coins in Numista catalogue from Polish to English on a base of these catalogues. What the Numista colleagues think about?
