Do not argue with ignorant people .. !! They will drag you down to their level, then pulverize you with experience ...
I have now deleted the page from the catalog.
Why are all these elongated penny's deleted? Are they not considered as tokens?

Because some elite purists do not think they have any significant value of any kind, junk - as I think one put it. So a person deleted them ....

I have friends that collect them and are passionate about them. Probably don't belong in our catalog - but - there is a web site dedicated to them.

That's just sad. For me personally any token should belong on Numista !

Team had to draw some lines long time ago.

I read those discussions on Team Forum, and they have been very long and difficult. Problem is that we have Token trash bin (I am trying to clean it up - that is why I created Exonumia).

Also, we have enough problems to take care of with coin catalogue, and tokens and other stuff is just being tolerated. Yes, I can accept some new entries, some medals, Fantasy Euro or other stuff, but frankly, it is not priority and Numista is not ready for all of those yet.

If we get it functional for coins, we can think of something more. That is the reason of all my calls to arms you have all seen on the forums.

And I must say things have moved a lot since few months ago. <:D
