Coins by material

When looking at my profile within the 'Token Collection ' tab, I noticed that I have 2,374 coins listed in 'other metals'.
Is there any way of splitting this total so I can see individual types of metals

Some surely have metals missing or written on wrong format.

Jarcek,
Can anything be done to sort it out?

Besides us going through all tokens and sorting them (which is being slowly done) or you going through your tokens and looking for metal issues... Not really for now, we have a lot to do before moving on those "not very painful" problems.

I am not bother by it, just curious as to why it lists them that way, when the website automatically states the metal.
Do not waist time sorting it. I will live with it.

Making a good catalogue is not a waste of time for me. B)

I agree. I have coins in some less common materials (tin-zinc and iron among others), and I expected to always have the full list when I started. (Even if it isn't fully displayed, I expected to at least be able to know it by clicking somewhere, and I can't even find that.) Now even silver is often off the list, because I just don't have that much silver.

It doesn't help that "steel" and "stainless" (sic) are two different categories (and both fairly common - presumably one of them is referring to plated steel), but that's another question entirely.
It is hell of a work to sort all of it. That is why we all would be glad and happier if we all took care and fixed mistakes we come across.

This thread should really be in the "Numista website" section (whether it's about what the OP said - that the listing of coins by material on the "Your coins" page should be more complete - or about fixing the weird metal descriptions).

EDIT: apparently the "fixing weird descriptions" threads have a history of being in "Free discussion" - which explains why this thread was interpreted that way.
