Kingdom of France catalog

6 posts
I noticed recently that the France-Kingdom section has coins which are missing loads of mint-marks and/or date (combinations).
For example, I tried to add my 1774 1/10th Ecu the other day. Six months have since passed, and my coin is still listed in 1771 with a comment '1774' from me, with my addition not yet on the catalogue's selection.

Also, maybe we could add english notes, to help those who don't know french as proficiently as the rest of us, i.e. adding 'cow mintmark' instead of just 'vache', and merging the types of ecus with cows into the same page as the ecus with letter mintmarks.

Finally, some coins are listed in incorrect order- the 1702-ish Louis XIV 1/2 cu is listed after Louis XV's type in the catalogue.
On separate note, many France-kingdom lack information on metal, purity and value, as these are added usually in French and are NOT translated into English side.

Yes, I think I will do that eventually. But three projects (not counting Exonumia) are really enough for now.

You didn't understand me well. I asked you to add such files to your catalog works (Lettering and translations) topic.
