Confirmation of exchange. (Second chance button)

I have again, managed to confirm an exchange, when I did not want to, so can I make a suggestion to stop this happening again.
My suggestion
Once you have pressed the confirmation link, could there be a second chance when a small question button appears stating 'are you sure you wish to confirm'. Yes. No.
I do not know what the true terminology for these tab/buttons are, but I am sure someone else, more computer literate than me does. Pehaps they could add correct terminology via this forum.
