They haven't been a problem yet, everything running smooth. The detail is exposed because I slowly strip the charred remains of the verdigris off and when I see any type of detail. Rubbing it it harshly will kill the details left as that is also delicate after being covered for so long.
My method seems to work perfectly now, but I bet it is only a matter of time before I get one that will prove a headache with no details left.

It took me just under an hour to do all 3.
Still more to come...left the tiny coins until last, they will be a challenge for sure!
Once they are finished I will send them back to ninebobnote to be able to give an opinion from seeing them first hand.
What I am doing must be such a taboo for some, horrified at clearing/restoring any details on what are coins destined to be lost forever in the near future.
