Question about package tracking [solved]

Hello everyone,
I moved back to Germany a month ago and now live on a narrow hill road where post man do not like to go :(
I was tracking a package From the Royal Mail I have been waiting for and came to see this

Anybody know what undelivered Force Majeure not delivered means?

a few days before it says delivered but I have never received anything, not even a paper saying I can pick it up from a post office.

I think you are better off going to your nearest post-office and show this tracking details to them. That is what I would normally do if a package goes missing. Here in Bayonne, USA USPS frequently "misses" to deliver and I go and pick them up from the post office.

I went there and they just said they cannot do anything with tracking numbers and that there is currently no package here for me.

I think british letters are carried out by gls not german. Have tried to track about gls?

Yes, the bottom line of the tracking says it's with GLS.

The top line referring to force majeure is a latin term. It basically means 'not delivered yet due to forces beyond our control' - fire, volcanoes, terrorism, floods, bad weather, etc etc

Thanks that clears it up , its been sent back.
Apparently I had to pick it up from a GLS shop in my city.

thats difficult to do when you don't have any paper telling you and no tracking number.
