No one, even me, mentioned that SHA is not Northern America. At best it should be Africa.

Northern America was a short naming. MPCC V rules said all Atlantic islands were able to count in this category, despite their illogical placement (for the same way, Falklands or Southern Georgia, which are clearly Southern, may count as well as "Northern America")

Central America and the Caribbean are geographically northamerica no differentiation needed . South America has its own category
