This has probably been asked before but, isn't there some way that the membership can be notified when a new country is added? British East Indies was just added and coins from Malaya peninsula were moved to this new country. I found out by accident through a post on "300 Club". Couldn't there be a sub-forum or somewhere else where the new country additions could be announced? Also would like to see an explanation of what territory and what time the new country covers.

This would make awesome addition! An informative header to each country! B)

I think discussions are not closed for British east Indies ...

Some people can create countries without any message. Like Belgium Feudal, created by another referee but with no announce. Or some dummy creations.

When I created Hispania and Celtic Britain, I made a debate for their creation, and announced their creation in the same topic.

I agree that some sort of notification would be great. I want to be accurate with the country names under which I organize my countries, so knowing when changes occur would help me maintain consistency with the website. I do realize that sending notifications would be a major undertaking since there are so many people registered on the site.

Perhaps in the future when everything critical on the to-do list is finished, some options can be added to the system? Maybe we can click something to view website changes in the past day / past week / past month / whatever interval, and then click on a specific item on the list if we want to know details.
Thanks
