British India 1/4 anna, 1940 second head but high weight? [solved]

I have a 1940 British India 1/4 anna - https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces1618.html

The crown of George VI clearly has the shorter fleurs-de-lis, making it the second head, KM 530.1. However, the page does not show a 530.1 line for 1940 (and Krause doesn't list 1940 in 530.1 either).

This coin is supposed to have a weight of 4.86 grams.

There was a followup coin, KM 531, apparently identical in all respects except with a lower weight of 4.6 grams.

My coin measures at 4.82 grams, which to my mind clearly makes it a KM 530. But it has the short fleurs-de-lis.

Do I have some kind of crazy rarity? Should I request a line be added to the Numista page, or is this weird enough to require more investigation?
I suppose the other possibilities are that my scale is off (although I consistently get a reading just above 4.8) or that the coin has picked up enough grime to add 0.2 grams. I can see some glistening specks that might be remnants of old lacquer, so maybe that's possible. A fifth of a gram is not much at all!
Other major catalogs (Pridmore, Stevens-Weir) list official weight for all George VI, 1/4 Annas as 4.85 grams with a weight variation, 4.83-4.91 grams. They differentiate only by long and short fleur de lis (first and second head)

KM 530 is the long fleur de lis, first head type
KM 530.1 and KM 531 are exactly the same, both are short fleur de lis, second head... This is a mistake in the KM catalog listings.
If the moderator for British India, KennyG or any other moderator will help by moving and combining the three date lines for KM 530.1 to the KM 531 sheet, I can make the necessary corrections to the weight, comments and descriptions.

Meanwhile Jesse11, for your collection management, you can enter your coin as a KM 531, 1940. The coin is within weight variation.
Thank you! That makes much more sense than the strange oddities listed in the Krause catalog.
