Help with possible Indian coin [solved]

The coin is possibly bronze or copper, weighs 3.44 grams, has a 12 mm diameter and is 3 mm thick. I've had this coin since the mid 60's. The Littleton Co. envelope that it came in claimed that it was from circa 980 A.D.
