Non coin collectables

I've been sorting out my desk drawers (we use a pair of huge 1930's desks I bought from a closed down department store) mostly with a view to shifting things into our deposit box at the bank. Of course I found a lot of junk but some interesting bits and pieces. Like most of you, as an active coin collector I sometimes pick up things as part of a lot which get lumped in with the coins. These find their way into the desk drawers and are forgotten about until my lady wife nags at me to clean out my desk. (hers of course is immaculate) Over the course of many years I've accumulated quite a treasure trove of interesting items.

I thought it would be a welcome change to the endless pictures of coins to share a few -

They are:-

Leonard vintage piggy bank (I collect piggy banks too)
CSA $20 Bond Receipt
CSA $30 Bond Receipt signed by Robert Tyler, eldest son of the 10th President
Share Certificate for the Moscow Loan Company
Eine Rentenmark, Berlin 1927
20 Reichmark, Occupied Territories 1940-1945
100 Million Mark Inflationary Period Banknote
1935 postcard mailed mid Atlantic from the RMS Aquitania, identical sister ship of the ill fated Lusitania

It also has a George V stamp on it!

In fact, when we're all done with coins, I'd like to see Numista start different collections too. Like stamps or banknotes. I've been using Colnect and I am an administrator there too, and it is really slow to work on there. Numista is fast and easy.

Let's see what happens.

Love the piggy bank. Certainly, I think bank notes would be a good thing to see appear on here.

Wow! Those piggy banks are expensive (and cool!), I'd be afraid to put coins in them!
