Why is so difficult to modify, update or just simply copy and paste when adding Arabic years into the catalog?
This is very frustrating for me. I have tried many times, but simply gave up after several trial.
It doesn't matter if I copy from the left side, or from the right side the text just go wherever the website want it to be. its not consistent.
Some times I manage to copy from the middle right from the last number and it goes perfectly and then on the next one I have to try in different places is like gambling...
Then I just leave the site for several hours... and of course I will not come back to try the same thing.
Are there any simple rule where to copy and paste if we want to add more info into fields (boxes) with Arabic text (numbers)

I don't think this is a bug, it's just difficult to familiarize with mixed LTR and RTL text within a text field.
You can always use the highlight function of the mouse to find out where the text begins and ends.
And if you want the cursor to be at the start or end of a line, use the Pos1 and End keys on your keyboard.
just for fun:

But to my knowledge arabic numbers (and years) are written in the same order than western numbers - from left to right - on the contrary to the words written from right to left.
Hello,
As Androl said, this behaviour is the default behaviour of your system for mixed right-to-left and left-to-right alphabets.
As far as I know there is nothing Numista can do against that.
