Unknown coin, need help please! [solved]

Hi, i need some help identifying this coin as i am unsure of where it is from, at first thought, i thought it was A Euro of some sort from vatican city, but when I had a little look around, I couldnt find it at all.

How odd. A friend handed me one last night in the pub! She thought it was Greek (from a Greek holiday). In fact its a Bulgarian 1 Lev, think that's the same as yours. I found it by doing an advanced search using  "saint" in the design field and "1" in the value field.
