Weight of Paraguay 1939 10 peso

Could someone please confirm the correct weight of this coin in a catalog?

I think the 28.5 g must be a typo. I have what appears to be this coin, and the weight is only 7.9 grams on my scale. The diameter and thickness are as expected, and it feels like copper-nickel rather than the aluminum that the lower denominations are made of.

Colnect lists it as 8 grams, which accords with my measurement:
