This coin looks similar to a British Indian half anna made under the name of the East Indian Company, but seems a little too much crude and to have so much strange details to be genuine. Maybe an imitation.
What kind of alloy is it made of?

It is made of copper alloy , it has a very good finish , it seems to be not minted in India. We do not see any Urdu words on it. It has a shiny finish.

Looks like a joke forgery, especially with reverse lettering

and rough details. Compared to
