From what I can see the obverse says
VLIELMVS (William) and then the last 3 characters look like RIA which may be MARIA (Mary)
Could be a William & Mary 1694 Farthing

Has to be that coin (diameter 30mm), as this one ...

looks similar (diameter 24mm) but the feet of Britannia are straight on that,
whereas the first coin and yours has the feet turned in.
Then also your date looks 1694 like that coin;
so it is > England ½ Penny William & Mary KM# 475.3

Better than Poor I would say. Maybe VG or F as lettering is still visible; here is another link ...

30mm would be a 1/2 Penny. I believe it to be:
1694 ½ Penny Spink #3452 variety - MΛRIΛ error
