Latvia 2 euro CC EU Flag

Tomorrow Latvia issues it's 2 euro CC EU Flag: https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces76639.html

I am interested to swap these coins 1:1 for another 2 EUR CC 2015 coins. Minimal amount for swap = 8 coins (to be effective, but still under 100 gr.). For less amount I do not have an interest.
