Hi, it looks like I have either a Poland km 41 or a Poland- Lithuania Commonwealth gum 971. Is there a way to tell the difference? They look alike in the Numismatic pictures.

Yes, it is the same coin. In 1621 the Poland official name was Polish–Lithuanian Commonwealth
