Ethiopia km#10 or #11 difference?

Who could help? Numista photos aren't clear:
What's the difference between KM#10 and KM#11?
I prefer to trade on basis of actual market value, maybe Krause-Mishler World Coins Catalog and NGC, european standard currency maybe on face value, silver for silver coins, old for old, high value for high value - we should first make bargain.
KM 10:
This issue is unlike KM-11 only in that the dies were meant to be used for a 1/8 silver birr issue, so the denomination (below lion, reverse) had to be effaced by gouging the die.
