My newest fake pound

It looks like it's made of 3 different coins.
Can you tell what they are? Or at least should be from?

And yes, they are all from the same physical coin.

I'm not an expert in any kind of coins, but I reckon I'm good at research and will do my best to help. Feel free to tell me my identifications/valuations/gradings are wrong. It's the only way I'll learn.
The design looks loke this one:

and the scripts on the edge like this one :

"Celui qui combat des monstres doit prendre garde à ne pas devenir monstre lui-même. Si tu contemples longtemps un abîme, l’abîme aussi regarde en toi." N.

That's right.

The reverse is the Welsh Dragon from the UK pound coins, either
1995
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces2577.html
or 2000
https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces1396.html

The edge is the same as on most of the English pound coins

And yes, the obverse is from a 1998 Jersey pound coin
