Hello, I'm new. What are reviews and ratings?
I joined just for the list of countries in the world, thinking I might sort out my hoard and stop buying duplicates. Now I find there is more to it.
Also, I think I have a coin that isn't in the catalog. If so, should I add it? ( Similar to: Thailand, 1 Satang - Rama VIII
2487 (1944) but 2 Satang, I think.)
And yes, I'll need the intro for posting pictures.
Thanks all, I've kissed the family goodbye and taken the phone off the hook.
Kurt

When you are writing there is the button "Image", just click there.
If you have a coin that doesn't exist yet you can add it. In your case, 2 Satang coins don't exist (at least in the coin catalogues). If you still think it must be 2 Satang, please open a thread in "numista catalog" category (if it is you are the first one to find one! )
I'm not orange and also in other things I'm not a Donald at all. DonChori like Don Felipe or Doña María, por favor.
Thanks guys. I'll get the wheels off the ground shortly.
The "2" on the left threw me. My Standard Catalog of World Coins is the 1984 edition, and it isn't too clear on this coin.
wt 23.7 gr = 1.54 gm
dia .5964” = 15.15 mm
Nearly the same as for the 1 Satang.
Thanks All.

Is there a significance to the change in symbol for denomination? Was it for certain years, or is it related to the metal content?
Also, when uploading pictures (prefer direct w/o host) what is the largest pixel size?

There is no limit for the resolution; just for the file size. If your picture is large, the forum will adjust it to the max size inside it and still allow clicking to see the real full resolution. It is good in the forums but might be a pain in private messages, specially in swap messages.
