This is not a coin. It is probably a souvenir for tourists.
I collect coins and tokens which circulated in Africa from 18th century to 2000. I sell about 7000 illustrated world coins from http://www.avscoins.com.

I didn't bring a sacher cake with me but I did eat one at Hotel Sacher and yes of course I bought mozart kugeln.
