For 1806 there is a date error listed in the catalogue. My date looks a little messed up is it an error or am I missing something?

date numerals looks like - 1220 / RY 45 (RY is on reverse)
which would be
١٢٢٠ / RY٤٥ (Arabic) - Numista sheet
&
١٢٢٠ / RY ۴۵ (Persian) - your coin
