Arabic style coin [solved]

Hi. Can anyone help ID this coin (or whatever it is please) please? It is about 21.9mm in diameter, only about 0.5mm in thickness and weighs about 1.1g. I'm guessing it's some reproduction, but don't know enough to be sure. Thanks in advance for your help.

The tugra on coins are pretty complicated. The simpler the tugra, the more likely the coin is a fake or imitation.

The 78 regnal year is a dead give away
