Circulating coin valuations

I see many of the current circulating coin entries also show the USD value.
For example, a Columbian 100 Peso (https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces2433.html) shows 100 COP = 0.037 USD
Are the exchange rates updated and if so, how often?
I'm not expecting spot market fluctuations; just hoping they're somewhat current and not from 10 years ago.
