Valuation on a 2014 Burundi 5,000 Franc 50th Anniversary of Bank

Hi Guys. Can anyone place a value on one of these? Mintage - 1,000

I understand they are new to market?

Pictures of the coin first showed up in coin blogs in June of 2014, so they've been on the market for at least a year. The coin itself is not very large, only 20 grams, and there doesn't seem to be anything particularly interesting about it, but it's a low mintage proof from an exotic country, so there is going to be a high markup.

My personal opinion on the value would be $27-32, but I'm sure it's being sold for way more.
It's 38-40 euros on delcampe and you probably won't find them any cheaper until they start showing up on the after-market.
