North Korean 2 won 2005 ? Want to know what ever I can.

Got this beauty off ebay the other day from some guy in Victoria (I'm in NSW, Australia), have no idea how he got it. It's meant to be a silver proof coin from North Korean. I work with a South Korean lady and got her to have a look at it and she confirmed that it was from North Korea.




Couldn't find it in the catalogue, any information would be greatly appreciated !
