The silver one I assume is Ottoman but that is as far as my knowledge expands.

The gold one is either an Ottoman 1 or 1/2 cedid mahmudiye, but I can't tell if it is genuine or not.

I think the ottoman one is fake, there's no such thing as 78 regnal year ( i think).

The ottoman gold one has a very crudely written Constantinople. Might be fake - but could be a jewelry piece actually made of gold.
Also I'm intrigued about the non-Arabic coin! What is that ?

This is a "belly dancers' costume" imitation Ottoman coin. The tip off is the regnal year, 78. Neither Mahmud nor any other sultan has ruled this long. As for the content, I wouldn't expect any gold in it at all.

Just as I thought, this person is on eBay playing the whole "Dumb don't know much about coins" routine, so I tested the water and told them one coin may be gold and a few hammered she/he had could be over £150 a piece, her reply was "mother said to let them go and they get what they get"  

she has a lot listed from bulk GB and world coins to what looked like henry VIII hammered and of course the one I have posted here.
