Canada 5 dollars 2000

Hello everybody!
Can someone help me to identify this coin from Canada. It is 5 Dollars from 2000, just as usual bullion coin, but it is coloured. I couldn't find it anywhere, so I don't know if it is even an official issue. Also, privy mark is fireworks. Thanks :)

It is a regular coin, but with a off-set color overprint.

Its a KM# 363 with fireworks privy mark.

Harder to find since it is classified as a 1999/2000 date.

Canada does issue color overlay coins but this one does not seem to be done by the Royal Mint.
OK, thanks. I just wasn't sure if this was official issue or not?
