GDR 5 Mark - KM#86 and KM#103

I've got these two coins recently and was quite surprised to discover their value according to NGC.
Is their value really this high?

P.S. Both coins I've got are at least in XF condition.

The Dresden, at least, is available on the bay for much less.

I guess the fact that I paid $0.75 CAD for each makes it a pretty good acquisition.  :)
