Coin - Turks and Caicos Islands

Friends, I need help with this one!

Just Purchased this coin - can find nothing on it
Approx. 1 1/2 inches in diameter
Obverse is Prince Edward and the words around the perimeter:
       "The Prince Edward and Miss Sophie Rhys-Jones"
Reverse is a Portrait of The Queen
        Words around the perimeter: " Elizabeth the II * Turks and Caicos Islands"
Dated 1999 --- 5 Crowns
Have no way of knowing if it's silver or C/N!  Also would like a KM #!

 I also read somewhere that it was part of a three coin set - 20 Crowns, 10 Crowns, 5 Crowns, so it may have been issued normally as well.
