Paraguay KM 22 normal or "HF"??? [solved]

5 posts
Hi,

I just got a Paraguay KM 22 https://en.numista.com/catalogue/pieces5149.html 1947. However, I have seen here on the catalougue that a "plain one" and a "HF" exist? How do I know which one it is? I took a look on an ebay auction http://www.ebay.ca/itm/Paraguay-MS66-1951-HF-25-Centimos-in-PCGS-holder-/171819286874?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item28013a415a where a 25 centavos piece from Paraguay "HF" is sold, but could not find these letters anywhere on the pictures.

Thank you already for your help,
Stephan
HF is the mintmark and should be seen on the coin.

This is an enlargement of the picture on eBay:

The enlargement isn't sharp enough anymore but I think what you see in the red circle is the mintmark. If your coin is empty on that spot then you now for sure that on the eBay coin the mintmark is there and you have the 1947 without a mintmark.
Thank you very much for your help!
Is your coin empty in that spot?
...it is actually empty.
 Thx again :)
