Egypt? Which one? [solved]

No idea what means  number  "82" on the top of this coin.
Looks like Egypt, but  I cannot  identify  main year as well.  1187? at least I see "7" as  last  cipher .

 size about 15mm. Don't know  weight,

Several countries use this kind of year telling.
