Looks like 1 para Turkey (I can be wrong)
Date is at the bottom of the right picture.
I can not identify the numeral.
I see a 1 or 9, 2nd numeral not readable, 3th numeral 4 ?
Just above the date should be the mintplace.
At the top of the same side is the regnal year (12 or 13 or 14)

The hole in the coin says that it was used on a belly-danser dress

I think the year is 1203? The 0 is probably really small hidden between 2 and 3.

What's the matter with osmanliparalari.com? in the past you could find anything there, now there are only a few sultans.

In turkish arabic the zero is just a dot.

I wonder if there are mint marks outside egypt and istanbul? Because the mint mark doesn't seem to be one of these 2.

I think the mint is just above the date (with a big hole in it)

Yes, if Y.12 - its common Selim`s para. If 13 -  French occupation.

What is Misr?
And why regnal year 13 is french occupation?

Misr is "Egypt" on  Arbic, and  in 99% of ackce  coin cases "Misr" is only  key of Egypt identification.

1203 AH is 1789.  Regnal year "13"  is  1802 . Its an era o Napoleon B.-a Egypt campaigns.

After checking at good light i concluded it's the km145 from egypt (french occupation).
