I read that (in the early part of 1992) the 3rd portrait coins had 78,421 made and 'the original bronze blanks were only issued for the BU Mint folders and Proof sets'. Then (later in the same year) 'the copper-plated steel blanks were used for circulation strikes only' (also 3rd portrait), and 102,247,000 minted. If a bronze (not magnetic) 1992 2 Pence was found in circulation it was from a broken up set I guess.
So that also agrees with what Makake77 read. Different numbers KM# 936 and KM# 936a ...
