Pakistan, 5 Paisa 1994 - is it really rare?

G'day!
A few years back, when I was new in coin collecting, I bought a set of Pakistani coins. In this set there was a 5 Paisa coin dated 1994. At that time I didn't know about Numista, but when I later found my way here, the coins wasn't added. I then wrote a message and later it was added as "confirmed; very rare". In the Krause Catalog the year is not added. Is this year really that rare, or has is just been forgotten by Krause? Whatever the reason, what would it be worth?

Because of this I am still not quite sure it is 1994, so I will add the picture and let you decide as well

No i write about in an earlyer toptic .You can look it up. But got 3 of them in one lot of coins. Just our catalog wrong

OK, but the fact remains that the year isn't listed in Krause.
