Benedictvs xvI pontiflex Maximus 1506-2006 bimetallic token coin

Hello could anybody help with information on a coin/token I have.
The coin has the image of pope Benedict xvI on the obverse and Jesus st.peter with the basilica in the background around the edge of the reverse it has 'patriarcalis basilica principis apostolorvm 1506-2006,I have tried to find it on a couple of sites and was unsuccessful,could anyone tell me if the coin has any value and the composition.
