Each image contains the other data like Weight / Diameter and material of the coin. The 4th could be Egypt, but i could not get the actual coin in the Numista Cataloge list.
2nd and 3rd seem to be early 20th century Afghanistan.

If the sides with the mosque of coins 2 & 3 are turned appropriately, Afghanistan local issues look as a most promising lead in the research. Look at KM#960.1 for example.

#2 is round because it was overstruck on another coin, probably an Iranian one, similar to #1. One can see the rays from the design of the original coin below the legend.
