What is the date on this Tibet 3 Srang [solved]

I am trying to figure out what is the date on this Tibet 3 Srang as shown below

I am curious if this is the 1936  BE16-10/9

The tricky part with tibetan coins are that for some coins they have numbers written as text. In your case it's BE16-20 so your coin is from 1946.

here is the dated section of the 3 Srang that I can not identify... but it not dated 1946 nor is it 1935.
By the way I do not own this coins.  I saw it on an Ebay Listing that been sold in the past here is the link:

That's funny man, you say that you're not able to identify the year of the coin but you're sure it's not 1946 or 1935.  



The formula is simple: (Cycle – 1) * 60 + year in a cycle + 1026
(16-1) * 60 + 20 + 1026 = 1946

First of all I never said I could not read Tibetan in regards to dating, I ask what was the date of this 3 Srang cause it does not correspond to any of the dates it was minted.

Hopefully a side by side comparison will help in these regards

I saw the missing vowel signs and I don't know if this is a variation or is a bad made fake coin but the coin is intended to be a 3 srang 1946.

That might be a possibility....
