Hi!
I could not find this coin here, so I am seeking your help identify it.

It is 16mm is diameter. Incriptions encircled by a dotted line on both sides. Four five-pointed stars on the reverse. Medal alignment.

Looks like a islamic token. What is the weight of the coin? Also what metal is it (Copper or brass)?

Metal is probably brass (or could be brass polish). Thickness is nearly 1mm. I did not measure the weight. My guess is it is about 1.5 to 2.5g.

What I was given for identification was an imitation. The real one is made of gold, now transformed into a pendant in a necklace. It is now revealed that the gentleman was duped with several imitations after he bought the first few samples which were in gold.

Can someone tell what is written and its meaning?
