Coin 2, Niue did 2 1 Dollar coins in 1998 KM#102 Similar to the $10 KM#104 KM#103 Similar to the $10 KM#105
So you have KM#102 in this case.

Neither appear to have catalog numbers, although I have found other coins in that series that have the number KM# Pn4 and KM# Pn6, so they're either part of that series with a different "Pn" number, or they're just commemorative tokens.
