I ask this out of interest and because I think I have quite a long delay to start this topic - 43 days! I have just received a set of coins from a friend in South America which I had resigned myself never to see. Not that I attach any blame to the member in question - he has communicated all throughout this period and he has not received my coins yet. So if they do eventually arrive then he will be able to beat this period!
Incidentally, can someone from the team tell me how I can update the rating that I have left on the members profile. Ironically, only yesterday the member and I had agreed that neither of us was going to receive any coins and that we should leave neutral feedback just to record what had happened. However, when I try to leave another rating to update the one I posted yesterday, it won't let me leave another rating for the same exchange.

I am from Brazil, and I am waiting a package from Belgium since May 6th. I may tell that my sendings have doesn't have an pattern. I sent two packages to France and Bosnia in the same day with the same fare. The package to France arrived in 5 or 6 days. The package to Bosnia is still travelling after 20 days...
The fare choosing doesn't look to make any sense either. When I pecked the express service, it took 20 days to arrive in Europe, when I choose non-prioritary mail took 5.
This happens because the Brazilian postal service is suffering a lot with shortage of people, and other political problems. It is disapointing because the postal service used to be our best public service.
I'm from the US and while I've yet to trade on Numista I've had plenty of long waits for coins I bought on ebay. Oddly I've found that coins shipped from eastern Europe will usually arrive faster than from Central America.
There's also a coin I sold to somebody else in the US and it took him well over a month to get it. And the tracking number didn't give any data until the day it arrived, so we both thought it was lost. I was actually about to give him his refund the day he emailed me to say it'd arrived.

You have to ask Xavier to cancel the previous rating and then post it again.

Hello, yes, the point I was trying to make is we both assumed the coins were lost so we left neutral feedback on each other's profile just to report what had happened and I suppose advise others that sometimes the coins might not arrive. Then the day after I left my feedback the coins arrived and so the feedback I left is inaccurate and I need to change it. I have now sent a message to Xavier, asking him to assist and I am waiting for his reply.

I think I might have a new record - 90 days !!! I received a swap offer from a member in North Africa on 9th May and I sent my coins on 16th May. There were various problems and delays experienced by my swap partner but he would always reply to my messages and we stayed in contact. The package (I don't think it was the first one) finally arrived at my door this morning - 3 months later! Can anyone beat that?

i sent a pack and someone said no receive been 2 months so i just send another but ive had some go over two months and people still received sometimes there just lost in mail but not forgotten
