I have had this medal for a while. I think it may be Serbian but I could find no paralel and not being able to read the language, can not identify it. Does anybody know what it is?

Описание
Лиц. ст. Крупное изображение влево обращенной головы русского воина, в остроконечном боевом шлеме; по обе стороны его лавровые ветви, перевязанные внизу лентой.
Об. ст. Во все поле знака помещена художественная композиция из воинских атрибутов: на фоне перекрещенных меча и шашки, с широкой развевающейся лентой, изображен вертикально стоящий боевой щит с надписью: вверху, мелко в две строки - "Борцамъ за", и ниже, по вертикали всего щита, крупно, сверху вниз, по буквам - "С-в-о-б-о-д-у"; вверху, над щитом указан год - "1917"; внизу, у самого бортика мелкая надпись изготовителя: "Фабр. Д.Кучкин. Москв.".
Белый металл, диам. 28 мм. Жетон чеканился Московской частной специализированной фабрикой Д.Л.Кучкина. Отсутствие каких-либо документов о назначении этого знака доказывает, что он не является официальной наградой, но и не пускался в свободную продажу.
По мнению некоторых сведущих специалистов, этот жетон чеканился по особому заказу военного министра А.Ф. Керенского для вручения его войскам, отправлявшимся на фронт.
Носили этот знак, как и все революционные жетоны того времени, на груди, с красной, неширокой ленточкой.
Желтый металл, диам. 28 мм. Знак чеканился в одно время с вышеописанным и теми же штемпелями на Московской фабрике Д.Л.Кучкина.
