Finland 5 Euro Cent

I've noticed that Finland 5 Euro Cent 1st type and the 2nd type has the same KM number. Which is right and which is wrong?

 Both correct. All that changed was adding letters for minting country, so FI in this case.
There was a page about it a few years ago on here, from which I remembered that question being asked.

 So yes not a major change like metal or main images, so KM# stayed as it was, I guess.  

I think such cases should be merged in only one single page.
Look, subtypes for particular coin (xx.1, xx.2 etc.) are on one coin page, added mintmark should also be on one page...
