looking for rarity information and potential value of half real

Hello folks,
I've been using your site for awhile now to identify foreign coins I come across.  Had to join up with  a question finally.  I have a 1772 Carolus III half Real from the Guatemala City mint I believe.  I am led to believe this is a rare mint.  Unfortunately, the coin is holed.  I was wondering if anyone can confirm the rarity and perhaps give me a ballpark value. Thank you so much.

Pictures are too small. I rotated and cropped using PhotoScape ...

Maybe someone can help with those. Welcome to the site.  :)

It's not a rare mint, but this year is rare because it was the first year with a proper portrait of this king.

This type of coins use to be in G or VG condition like yours. The value around 40€. (30~50€)
